Chris Rich was fantabulous. Professional, punctual, friendly, focused and extremely informative. None of my questions were trivialized or glossed over. He took his time to answer them all, and I had many. His answers were detailed and plainly understandable. I was appreciative of how he pointed out details of the inspection as well as items that should be maintained throughout the year. His report was thorough, including pictures throughout the property as well as a video of the heating system. He is deserving of all praise!
