A to Z Pool Inspections, LLC

Hello!  My name is MICHELE DICORCIA and I am a licensed Certified Pool Operator and Inspector and I own my own company, A to Z Pool Inspections, LLC.
I am a full-time pool inspector for Real Estate Transactions and before I was a pool inspector, I was an Assistant Professor at The College of New Jersey and Rowan University.  While teaching at this prestigious institutions, I taught in the Health and Exercise Science Department teaching classes such as swimming, lifeguard training, and CPR.  In addition, I grew up "down the shore" and my family had a pool so I have been around pools my entire life!
I enjoy "teaching" new buyers about their pool on the day of the inspection as well as in my report, which is very thorough.  There are approximately 25+ different categories to my report and they are full of photos, explanations, and helpful tips for the homeowner.

Qualifications:

I am a full time Certified Pool Operator and Inspector for Real Estate Transactions and I am fully insured.

About:

I help Real Estate Agents who have a buyer interested in purchasing a home that has an inground pool. I inspect the pool's components including the pump, filter, skimmer, decking, type of pool, fencing, gates, cover, and so much more!
