My first time meeting and working with Craig! It was a pleasure. Craig arrived on time and walked me through the entire process, explaining what he does and does not do as a home inspector. He allowed me to walk through the home inspection with him and answered all questions that I had, pointing out the items that would be indicated on the written report. As a Realtor, I appreciate the unhurried and laid back but professional approach Craig brings to the home buying process. My client and I received the report via email the following evening.
