I don't think there is a better inspector in Charleston County. I feel so comfortable knowing my client's are getting a inspection and explanation that they can rely on. I have had client's have "someone they know" or a referred inspector do their inspection...only to have it bite them in butt after a few months in their home. Has not happened under Brian's watch.
