I am 100% likely to recommend Case Home Inspections. Unlike most, I am NOT selling or buying a home. I am just giving my house a "check up" like my annual physical or on my car. I am not saying that I was looking forward to the home inspection with Chris. I know that I would get some news that I may not want to hear on the home that I want to buy. But it really was a pleasant experience. I actually enjoyed myself during the process. Chris really was informative and "dumbed" it down for me. Chris took the time and walked both my wife and I around the entire house pointing out any issues or concerns he had with the house and explained possible remedies for them. For starters, Chris offered a very economical price on the inspection which greatly helped a first time homebuyer like myself on a tight budget. He provided thorough, efficient service and even did a little favor I asked of him in measuring space for one of my appliances since I could not be present for the inspection myself. I spoke with him post inspection and he offered clear explanations to the few questions I had. He also stated I could feel free to contact him should I have any additional questions. The site where the inspection and pictures of the property (he takes as references) are uploaded is very user friendly and easily accessible long after the inspection date. Chris sends you a username & password post inspection where you can then log in to review the inspection any time. I have had to log in multiple times so the access is very helpful. My real estate agent recommended Chris and I'm very glad I followed his recommendation, which saved me time and money!!
