- Inspector did not tell me Poly B was used and that is known for leeks !!!!!!!! - Inspector did not tell me that there was mouse droppings all over the attic. As soon as I went up there I could see them. I had to go through all the insulation and replace some. - Inspector didn't tell me bathroom fan vent was covered up with insulation and was not venting - Inspector some how didn't see the kitchen taps were leaking all over under the sink destroying the wood. I would say he should give up inspecting. Not sure what I'm going to do with the Polly B problem.
