Jeff from DJR performed our home inspection and he was awesome. He was more than 10 minutes early to our appointment because I was 10 minutes early and he had already got there, said hello to the homeowner , introduced himself and started performing the exterior inspection. He was very down-to-earth, methodical, and polite. Jeff really knows his stuff he explained the construction terms and why what he was pointing out was important. While my fiance and I were chit chatting with the homeowners Jeff was doing his thing and he took his time. I will definitely suggest DJR services for anyone who's looking for a home inspection in South Jersey.

I would highly recommend hiring DJR Home Inspections! Both Dino and Jeff were great to deal with and work with. Dino was very responsive to what I needed and setting everything up, and was also very flexible. Jeff, who conducted the inspection was on time, very professional, thorough and was there to explain anything he did see that needed attention. Jeff even got my report to me the same day as inspection, which was absolutely not expected but certainly appreciated! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My inspector was friendly, patient and very professional. He explained everything in detail and allowed me to ask questions about concerns that I had. I took notes as he explained and they matched his report spot on. Waiting for an inspection report can be stressful so when there are no "unexplained " items in the report it reduced the stress tremendously.
