The inspector Dennis was very accomodating in working out his schedule to inspect the home. He explained his findings and answered questions to the best of his ability. I would recommend he inform the client of postponing the home inspection if critical parts (like the foundation) of the home cannot be properly inspected due to the sellers failure to clear parts of the home necessary for inspection.
