We are so pleased with the level of service and attention to detail we received with Guy as our inspector. He was professional, punctual thorough and detailed oriented. We received our inspector report in a timely manner via an online secure portal. The portal was very user friendly and it made it easy for us to review the inspection notes and add in our repair list. Guy also took the time to have a follow up conversation with us to address our questions and provided the appropriate recommendations. We felt at ease working with him and would highly recommend him in the future. We also received a scratch off discount card that was put towards our invoice balance. I would highly recommend my inspector Guy Gray. I must say he made my first home inspection painless as possible. from the time i call to schedule down to the end of the inspection. Guy arrived 30 minutes early. He and my realtor had begun the inspection when I walked in the door he went over all of the things he inspected prior to my arrival. Guy walked me through every inch of my soon to be new home and explained what he was looking for and why it is so important. he also pointed out things I should be looking for in the near future. Guy took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. Did I mention he even had these little scratch off coupons were you could win money off the price of the inspection. I felt like I met a new friend. for that I would give him 100 stars if I could.

Mr. Gray is a very professional and thorough home inspector! He's punctual, knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. Mr. Gray was very professional. Since I'm an FHA buyer, this was my first home inspection experience. I arrived early and Mr. Gray already had his knee pads on walking from around the back of the house. Even though the tenants were not dressed and ready for us to enter, that did not stop Mr. Gray from doing his job. I honestly did not realize he had been on top of the garage, inspected every area around the house and took photos of the roof. He is fast and I believe his pricing is fair. Thank you so much for a wonderful first experience. I highly recommend his services.
