This was my first home inspection as a first-time home buyer. I really appreciated the experience. Gary took his time and explained what he was looking for and ways to remedy issues. He helped give me an understanding of the severity of each inspection item. He helped frame the inspection in the context of an old house (1886). I feel like a more informed and confident home owner! I really appreciate Gary's dedication to technology. He uses a drone to safely inspect hard-to-see places, and makes notes on his phone app as we go along. I enjoyed the easy appointment scheduling, payment, and report download all being online.

Very thorough. The only suggestion I would have is that the inspection should include a closer inspection of the roof, even if it means bringing a ladder to the inspection or making arrangements for a ladder to be provided.
