You've found your inspector! Omar was of course very thorough, as many have mentioned. However, I was very surprised to see that he was equally knowledgeable in all major areas of home construction, as well as current technologies utilized for an effective home inspection today. My home inspection was performed by Omar Falah from HomeGauge Inspections. Omar was personable, friendly, hardworking, and extremely thorough with our home inspection in Simi Valley. Our property was 2400 sq ft and he was efficient in covering every area of the house. One amazing tool that he had was a robotic camera that he used to view the crawl space underneath the house. It was a joy to see as he allowed me to watch as he scanned space and pointed out every observation in real time. He provided a detailed summary report within a few hours the very same day. It was fully electronic where he lists all of the observations and recommends. I am extremely happy with the quality and speed of his service!
