Had our home inspection by Brandon Hedgecock on 10/7/2020 and am extremely impressed by his thoroughness from the ground up. His attention to details is what sets him apart professionally. Once the inspection was completed, the report was processed within a few hours to our email. The amount of coverage, details and explanation of the findings in and around the home is very organized and easy to understand. A very nice touch in the email report was the pictures and descriptions of the discrepancies found. We also love that he added a virtual 360' view of each room in the house (even the real estate posting did not have that!). We are so glad that BH came highly recommended and that we got a chance to see his years of experience applied during the inspection of our home. We have absolute confidence in BH and you will too.

I?m not a professional so unsure of regulations with that said. Wish the ratings for certain issues could be harsher on the seller. But he was fair to both parties involved. Mr. Hedgcock maintained excellent judgement and consistent ethical standards. Overall very thourough and professional I would definitely use him again in the future.
