Jason was a pleasure to deal with and made the process easy. He was on time for the appointment and took his time doing the inspection to ensure he did not miss anything. Jason pointed out positive things about the home rather than just glossing over them. Any faults he did find he also provided helpful tips on how they might be brought up to standard. Jason was amazing.. if anyone looking for their home inspection i will definitely recommend Jason to be the inspector to get best results of inspection who is friendly and professional. You are free to ask any silly question that you need to clarify and he is always ready to answer with proper explanation so that we understand. Absolutely will be recommending Valler Home Inspections to everyone we know, as Jason was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! We were scheduled with another company for a Saturday morning inspection, when it had to be cancelled extremely last minute. Jason answered our panicked call at 8:00 AM (Saturday morning) and was on the job two hours later! Jason took the time to inspect the home very thoroughly and took us along with him every step so we understood what he was finding and how we could avoid potential problems in the future or the solutions that were readily available to us for cosmetic issues. Jason even offered to come back to the house if we purchased it to check additional items out for us that we couldn't access during the inspection. Highly recommend Valler Home Inspections!
