Jim and Karen were absolutely incredible. First off they took my initial call on a Friday evening and spent 10 min explaining to me (a first time RV owner) what the process is like and things to consider. They were able to quickly schedule time for the inspection and communicated very well to coordinate with the seller and myself. The inspection itself was impressively detailed and thorough. They spent almost 8 hours inspecting a 26ft class C. The report was provided 24 hours later and was extremely detailed with photos and videos documenting both fully functional aspects as well as cautionary items. Additionally, they made themselves available for a phone call to answer questions in even more detail and provide their opinion on the severity of some of the identified issues. Jim and Karen were impressive in every aspect and well worth hiring. I strongly recommend them.
