We would highly recommend Kent Nicholson with National Property Inspections. The inspection was very detailed. AND, even though this was a new construction inspection, which we believe is just as important as having one for a resale, he found a few issues. Every house is going to have something. One of ours was on the roof, which my husband and I would never have noticed in our walk-through. Buying a house is a huge investment and the charge for this inspection was well worth it. We have some neighbors that didn't have an inspection. They said because it was new construction they felt they didn't need to and tried to save some money. Unfortunately, some of them have had many issues dealing with customer service, having to stay home for appointments, and follow through. We were able to take our inspection report to our walk-through and have the issues addressed before the closing took place. His wife, Ms Sherry, is an absolute sweetheart and explained the entire process, and answered all of our questions prior to signing up.
