About Nicholas Broccolo
I’ve spent my lifetime in and around construction, home building, and historic home restoration and repair. When it comes to what’s going on inside, outside, and all around a home, I have seen it all. And nothing scares me. It’s my absolute pleasure to bring honest assessments of the condition of a home (from foundation to roof, from electrical to plumbing) to home owners, home buyers, and home builders, without any unnecessary drama or alarm.
At the early age of 6, you could find me helping my father, a master mason, with building projects of all kinds. I took over his business after earning a degree in Architectural Technology and it flourished for many years. In 2005 my wife, Victoria, and I decided a change of scenery was in order, so we headed south to set some roots in the NC triangle area where I worked for America’s Home Place. In 2007, Victoria and I launched our venture, Renovision Properties, LLC. Together we have restored homes in utter disrepair and built new homes from the ground up. We’ve even won a few awards and received public recognition for our work.
In 2019, I decided to encapsulate this lifetime of knowledge into a new level of service as a Home Inspector, earning my full license in 2020.
As a Home Inspector, I enjoy the opportunities to meet new people and share my knowledge more widely than I ever could on one job site at a time. It is my pleasure to serve you, and I look forward to hearing from you soon!
