There aren't enough stars or words to convey how much I enjoyed working with Jeff Bates for my new construction home inspection! I did a pre dry wall inspection and a final inspection with Jeff. His customer service is top notch- he was so understanding and flexible as my schedule changed multiple times during the building process. Always responsive and just an all around great person and company. Price was right and reasonable. His inspections were thorough and the reports he sends are amazing - pictures of everything, drone of the roof, explanations of what he saw. If you need a a home inspection, Jeff Bates is your go-to person. Jeff has assisted nearly 30 clients of mine with their home inspection and everytime afterwards my clients have been so thankful and satisfied with his inspections. Jeff is a top-subject matter expert when it comes to homes. Within minutes of talking to him, you quickly learn how much he knows about the building parts that make up a home. You can tell immediately he built homes for 20+ years and knows well-taken homes from poorly maintained homes. Apart from knowing so much, he also knows how to communicate with clients. After every inspection, Jeff sit down with my clients and explain every specific repair with them. He always suggests his honest opinion and does an excellent job balancing concerning items without being an alarmist. Jeff is excellent, and I would recommend him to anyone buying a home.
