I walked through the house as Cory did the inspection. He explained what he was finding, if it was a problem why it was a problem, and options on how to address the problem. He never told me what I should do as this is not his job. Cory was great at explaining and answering questions in a way I could understand. Cory arrived with everything he needed to do the inspection: ladders, flashlight, various meters, and even a robot vehicle with a camera to get into places he could not reach.
The report provided contained all the information on what he inspected along with pictures. Problem areas were clearly identified, described and pictures provided.

Corey was the ultimate professional. He took a lot of time going over every inch of our prospective home. Even though we were unable to be present for the inspection, a family member was there and he walked him through the complete inspection and then even took the time to call us and go over it again.
