We were very, very impressed with the quality of John's home inspection and the report that followed. We're moving from out of state and it was scary trusting someone else to do a thorough inspection without us there. Don't even think about buying a house in Bend or the surrounding area without having John inspect it. He was very professional right from the start, emailing to confirm the time and date of the inspection we discussed and arriving early. I own several old houses, so I'm familiar with many of the associated pitfalls. I could tell immediately that John knew what he was doing. He is extremely thorough, which obviously pays off in many ways. For example, he spotted a number of things that were the responsibility of the owner to take care of before the closing -- which more that covered the cost of the inspection. If you want to know what you are getting before buying, call John.
