Ron did an excellent home inspection under difficult weather conditions (extreme temperatures and several inches of snow). Ron was unable to inspect the roof and deck due to the snow, however, he offered to return and inspect those items. The pictures were very helpful in determining which problems needed to be repaired by the seller. The report was emailed to us in a timely manner which allowed the seller time to address our concerns prior to the projected closing date. We would highly recommend Progressive Inspections.

Disappointed more information wasn't put into the report. The largely splintered wood threshold imposing injury upon entry from porch into office room not reported as "That's cosmetic".
Handrail disconnecting from railing outside master bedroom not reported.
Inspector not sure if the property did or did not have a lawn irrigation system, but suspected it did..
House has 3 Furnaces 16 years old & into the replacement timeframe - why would he say this to me & not even Comment on it in the report?
Paid a lot of money not to have more reported that I didn't notice myself.
