I very rarely say the words, “That was the best money I ever spent”, but that is the message I have been telling everyone. I spent over two years researching motorhomes trying to find my retirement dream. I feel like the dealership I bought from had good intentions but after flying out to pick it up and drive it back to Texas, there were a few small red flags that alerted me. I immediately continued my research once I got home and found Bob. The National RV Training Academy affiliation got my attention and after a few phone calls with Brenda, an appointment for an inspection was made. Bob and Brenda showed up early and immediately went to work. They answered every question I had, allowed me to crawl under and climb up right alongside, and then offered up some really valuable extra information to help me get started and on the road. If not for the thoroughness of the inspection, several large problems would have gone undetected until possibly too late. The professional report, that came that SAME day, has opened doors to the factory where my motorhome was made and I am on the road toward getting all of the work done under warranty. I will be forever grateful to Bob and Brenda and feel like I have a forever resource to tap into whenever help is needed. I would absolutely recommend Robert and Brenda to do another inspection. If integrity is something you value, these are the folks that you want to deal with. Their communication is second to none. I had scheduled and inspection within there service area, and of course they showed up on time and got started. Quickly they found issues that were of concern. I got a text and subsequent call from Brenda highlighting the issues found. I requested that they stop the inspection at that time as the issues found were more that I would be willing to accept. They could have gone home as they had fulfilled their part of the contract, as I'm the one that stopped the inspection. However that's not what they did. They offered a partial refund (they drove 1.5 hours each way, started the inspection, and could have booked the day if I had not booked, or I could get another inspection on another coach, anywhere in Texas, and all I would have to do is cover their hotel expenses if it was a drive outside their inspection area. That's integrity! As for the quality of work, they go through the coach as if they were the buyers. Leaving no stone unturned. Their attention to detail is what you expect and what they deliver. As of this writing, I still haven't found a coach, but if I have another prospect in the State of Texas, I'll be calling Robert and Brenda. Their help and assistance after the inspections has not stopped. Absolutely great people to deal with.

Being an Accredited Marine Surveyor and member of The Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors (SAMS), I realized, in this instance, how important a prepurchase inspection might be and found the Wozencraft's, who did a fantastic job, surpassing my expectations. The immediate response, constant updates and thoroughness of the work product was exemplary of true professionalism and found issues which thankfully pinpointed a "deal breaking" structural issue that saved me from buying into a RV, seeing into the future, a defect that would have made buying that unit a nightmare. Just like I tell yacht purchasers, "you are not only buying the vessel, you are buying all her present and future problems. You need to know what those are to the fullest extent possible.". Robert and Brenda were great! From the interview, to the inspection, to the report, they thoroughly communicated to me the complete process and findings. With their attention to detail, I was able to go through the entire report and make an informed decision on the purchase of the RV. Based on their findings, we passed on the RV as we would have spent thousands to fix some of the findings that were not immediately noticeable. Even the items I needed more information on, they answered the phone every time and completely explained their findings. My team was awesome, Robert and Brenda were on the phone talking to me as soon as they had a first impression. Then as the inspection was carried on, Brenda phoned me with some major concerns. Then at the end of the inspection, Brenda phoned me and went over the inspection and to check if I required any more information before they wrote thee report. I was made fully aware of all of the defects and problems with the unit the day of the inspection and told that the inspection report print out would be ready later that night. At 830pm Brenda called and told me the inspection report was done, and I could log in and see it. I logged in to my report and found 106 pages including 156 itemized and named photos, some with arrows pointing out any defects. The day after the inspection Brenda called to check and make sure that I understood the report and went over it with me. She also let me know that the fluid samples had been dropped off and they would have the results the next day, which they did. With all of the information from the report and talking to the team about the repairs that would have to be made to the unit, I had enough information to make the decision not to purchase the motorhome. I live in Vancouver BC and this unit was near Houston Texas, Robert and Brenda were my "Eyes on the ground in Houston", and a total pleasure to deal with. They saved me from having to make a trip to Houston, to find a motorhome that could not get me home, without a lot of repairs, and probably a lot of headaches and money. I would highly recommend RV Services and Solutions, Robert and Brenda, for their honest, knowledgeable, through, and detailed inspection reports. Totally worth it, and would use them again. Robert and Brenda are true professionals that conducted an extremely thorough inspection and provided a detailed report same day. The best part about this company and the reason I went with them after making several inquiries to have an inspector on the ready when I found that perfect fit of a rig was the amount of their time they spent with me over the phone before I hired them for the inspection. In a word: FABULOUS! We had Robert Wozencraft do a pre-purchase inspection for a Class A 2014 Tiffin Allegro Bus OP45 in November, 2022. We were brand new to the Class A world of RVs and while we knew the RV looked immaculate, we didn't have a clue about things under the hood or behind the walls. Robert, along with his wife, spent hours inspecting the new RV and found every little thing one could imagine and then some. Granted, most of everything was minor, however, there were safety issues identified as well. Prior to purchasing the RV, the previous owner fixed every item! We expected Robert to be knowledgeable about RV's in general and he was but we were so impressed with his specific knowledge of our bus. We knew he's a walking encyclopedia of RV information! He not only knew what and where to look for typical Allegro issues, but he knew and shared other issues that could arise. He even did a ride along with the previous owner since we were not able to in order to feel and hear the rig on the road. I'd like to say that Robert and his wife went above and beyond for us newbies in their inspection of our bus, but I believe that they would do everything they did for us for every single client. They are the greatest! Thanks to Robert and Brenda! We love our new coach!!!

Buying an RV is much like buying a house especially if your buying used 1700 miles away. Robert and Brenda made the process much less stressful. They walked me through the entire process, we talked through the best way to go about the inspection process and what should be done when I am so far away from the RV. This purchase was taking place based upon pictures and conversations with the previous owner. I needed to find someone I could trust with this major purchase to the point I would complete the purchase after the full inspection. They performed the inspection on the day that was convenient for the seller, turned the inspection around quickly and provided me an inspection thorough enough for me to make a purchase decision without seeing the home. Brenda and Robert did a great job for the pre inspection on a new RV we bought. They were very thorough and, although there weren't too many issues, we probably wouldn't have caught them on our own. They invited my wife and I to be there for the last part of the inspection so they could show and explain what they found. Very friendly and informative. Received the completed report the same evening and I forwarded it to dealership before they closed that night. Dealership was able to remedy all discrepancies but one that they had to order the part for. Not sure why anyone would buy an RV without an inspection. It is well worth the money for peace of mind.

All we can say is "WOW"! We are totally impressed with Robert and Brenda Wozencraft. We live in Wisconsin so obtaining an inspection in Houston seemed like a daunting task to us. We looked up approved RV inspectors in the Houston area and basically threw a dart at the dart board and we hit the jackpot! We cannot say enough about this inspection company and Bob and Brenda. They are professional, extremely thorough, extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, informative, accommodating, and timely. They certainly know their business and helped us tremendously. Being first time Class A buyers, we certainly did not know the importance of an inspection on a newer used model with extremely low miles.
