Tyler was fantastic! He was super knowledgeable when we met him after his inspection. I was impressed with his process of delivering us the information, and he went into lots of detail on anything he found – good or bad. He was ready with information (without having to refer to any notes, I might add), and answered questions on the go with possible recommendations for us to move forward.
Tyler was also very timely in his delivery of the final inspection report which was helpful in our case of having a quick date for removing conditions. His format was clear and pictures/360 imagery is very useful for us to refer back to and make any necessary/recommended changes to our property in the future.
Would 100% recommend Tyler to anyone looking for a quality inspector.

One thought - provide instructions to the seller when setting up the time for inspection, to ensure access to all parts of the home (such as attic) and leave keys behind for all necessary locks.
