Took a three-month course at the Georgia Institute of Home Inspectors covering SBCCI one- and two-family dwelling codes. Since that time he has worked on many projects, gaining valuable hands on experience. We have a genuine interest in your safety and well-being. From top to bottom, we inspect the property for any existing or potential safety hazards that may exist, and report on them in clear language. We also check for problems with the structural integrity of the property.

Our schedule allowing, we require 24 hours’ advance notice to see you. We have lock box access and flexible hours as long as there is daylight so that you can have your report the day of your inspection.
