Mike, I'm supposed to give out 3 inspectors if asked for contacts by clients and I tell everyone that does that I am supposed to give them the three, but I will only give them one.
You'd be surprised how many mutual clients we've had as buyers who have after your inspections for them tell me when a buyer has an inspection on their home that you are not allowed to be the inspector, you're too good!!

Mike is very well trained in his trade, extremely efficient and knows his stuff. He is punctual, does what he says he is going to do, and uses the most up to date software/program for reporting, that is extremely user friendly. He is very fairly priced, very flexible with scheduling and flexible with payment type. I highly recommend him.
