Apollo provided the most exceptional home inspection service. Larry and his team did a very thorough analysis of our newly constructed home. To clarify, this was a brand, NEW home, so you would not expect many flaws. But Apollo found many (some concerning) flaws that needed to be addressed. The inspection report provided from their web-based portal was excellent, including numerous photos and videos. Their easy-to-navigate portal had a feature to export a list of concerns, which I selected from the long list of issues Apollo discovered. I provide this list to the home builder to fix. This “Fix-It” list was added as an addendum to our purchasing contract, to make sure these items were addressed before we closed on the home. Thank you Apollo!

Larry was detailed, explained things as needed, on time, fairly priced, and found things you just can't see. He cimbed, crawled, slithered. His report was detailed and easy to understand.
