Steve T. Arnold is a fantastic inspector! I am a first time home buyer and was worried b/c I didn't know him. He showed up and went right to work..on the roof, under the house. I felt like the value of his service was worth the money and I trust him completely. He was extremely detailed and included a 30 page report with pictures, etc. He was polite and professional and obviously knew what he was doing given his extensive history/experience. Before my inspection, I was going to have a contractor-friend come and "double check," but after meeting and seeing what Steve does - I can save my friend a trip from under the house.
