Stephan was awesome!! I arrived about 30 minutes early and noticed a man taking pictures of the house I assumed it was the inspector and it was. I appreciated that he arrived early and got right to work, he was very efficient pointing out areas that needed repairs and explaining why, and what problems non repairs could cause. Being a 1st time home buyer is scary but he did a GREAT JOB, left no stone unturned lol and at the end of the inspection my realtor asked what his thoughts were, he said on a scale from 1-10,10 being highest the house is a 7.5 I was relieved. Every buyer would love to get a 10 but a 7.5 means it's not too bad and can possibly be a 10 when repairs are done. Thank you Stephan for your professionalism, efficiency, and great sense of humor!!

I found Stephan about 8 years ago when my buyers researched and requested his help for an inspection. They hired him based on his outstanding reviews. He has been on my preferred inspector list ever since. He even inspected the home I bought. I like that he is certified to do it all (well, septic, pool, wood insects and the standard structural and mechanical). His pricing is great and his reports are easy to read and even easier to complete a list of wanted repairs to send the sellers. I like too that Stephan works in the states I do, MD, DC and VA.

Beyond showing up for a last minute call right away! He was informative, patient and professional. He covers all services that is needed pest, structural, mold, radon you name it!
