Cedric was great! We got under contract really quickly and needed to do the inspection as soon as possible. He was able to get out to the home the day after we reached out to him. He provided a detailed report of not only what was wrong but why we should care what was wrong and also provided recommendations on what would be needed. The report included lots of pictures which was great for us since we were not able to be on site to talk with him in person. Professional and knowledgeable, able to break things down in an easy to understand manner that allows the layman to grasp the full extent of the report. Works fast, but didn't miss anything. Was in and out in maybe twenty minutes and learned a lot too. Didn't just tell us what was wrong, but also provided recommendations on how to fix the issues, or pointed us in the direction of professionals who could. Overall, a fantastic inspector. Do I have any building points for Mr. Knudsen? No. Simply performed too well to offer any criticism, found no flaws in his work.

Cedric is a top-notch inspector with a high aptitude for customer service. After he completed his inspection, he explained his findings in detail and answered all of our questions. He explained how he conducted his inspection, what he looked for, and why. He mentioned that he's always available for questions (today, tomorrow, six months down the road), which is amazing. We emailed and texted him 5-6 times during our option period under contract, and he got back to us within 30 minutes each time, and all during the holiday weekend for July 4th.
We will definitely be working with Cedric again for any and all inspection needs!

My boyfriend Rob and I just purchased our first home! We have used Cedric Knudsen for multiple home inspections and I highly recommend him. He is very attentive and can get an inspection scheduled quickly. This is really important for many home buyers during their “option” period. At the end of the home inspection he invites you over to the home to go through all the details. He takes the time to walk you through the entire house and show you every concern. Not only does he show you but he also explains what the issue is, why it’s a problem, and what you can do to fix it. This was very helpful for us since we are first time home buyers and are trying to learn as much as possible. His reports are also extremely detailed and thorough. We got a comment from our Repair Pricer rep saying “Thank you Cedric for making the report extremely detailed and well documented.
