Absolutely! Danny is fantastic! We had to use Danny twice in less than two weeks on different houses. He saved us from the 1st one which had so many hidden issues, truly a major money pit! He was so thorough with that house that when we had another house to inspect we knew we ONLY wanted Danny. Fortunately we don’t need him again (at least any time soon??!) as we got the 2nd house. This is one of the hardest reviews I have ever attempted to write; this is one of the easiest reviews I have ever attempted to write --------- because Danny performed such a thorough and fact revealing inspection of the requested property that absolutely no room for questions or other documentation were asked / needed. The information contained in his Inspection Report enabled the realtors to coordinate the task(s) of repairs, corrections - as needed.
It is obviously apparent that Danny is a consummate professional of home inspections. he is, both, book knowledgeable and common-sense learned.
