This is our third house. Dominick was by far the best home inspector we've had. Some inspectors seem more concerned about making friends with the real estate agents than conducting a thorough and detailed inspection... but we felt Dominick was 100% on our (the buyer's) side. He was very detailed and took the time necessary to make sure everything was checked thoroughly. Dominick was available, reliable and had the report back immediately. Report was well detailed, filled with suggestions for repair or replacement, and had great pictures explaining and showing where issues were.

Day of the inspection he showed up early, took lots of photos, went through everything in the entire home, was very knowledgeable about homes and construction, and he answered all my questions. If you want to make sure you are not buying a "lemon house" then Dominick is the guy to make that happen.
