Ludwig proved to be a consummate professional who went out of his way to inspect our prospective home on short notice despite difficult scheduling conflicts. He is very knowledgeable, highly skilled and generous in sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience. I rarely give five stars; all *TEN* are fully earned and well deserved! I'm moving from Connecticut, so the rules I'm accustomed to are somewhat different. My experience began with my phone call to Ludwina. She was helpful, courteous, professional, and took the time I needed to arrange everything. Ludwig and his crew were arrived promptly, and took the time to understand me and what I wanted to know. They were incredibly thorough, identifying items that this New Englander wouldn't have ever thought to inquire about, and assuring me about items that would've been glaring red flags up here in the cold. Rather than provide a uselessly bound book of 25-30 grainy photos, the company provides a web-based application that has allowed me to comb through the data, and identify the items which concern me. I've been able to create custom lists to share with the seller's agent, and express my position with regards to Accept, Repair, Replace, or a Settlement at closing. I was accustomed to this step burning up hours and hours of lawyer time, and costing both parties hundreds of extra dollars or creating lingering hard feelings for items left unaddressed. No more! And all that from the comfort of my desk. Based on findings during the initial inspection, a follow-up with a structural engineer has been scheduled. More info as it becomes available. TL;DR -- I feel that Divinity, Ludwig, Ludwina, et.al. have my back, and when the property is 1200 miles away, that's a really good feeling!

He was willing to travel to Orlando to perform the home inspection even though he had ample projects in his local area of business. The inspection report produced was well organized and thorough. Ludwig did a close inspection and found a shingle that was not properly secured, which he reported to the roofing contractor.
