Doug was great. There was a problem with access and he had to come out twice. He went over everything with me and explained it so I could understand the issues (or potential issues). He even explained how things differed from Northern properties vs Southern, which is exactly what a former Northern like me needed. I would recommend him to anyone needing an inspection.

Mark was thorough, timely, and very diligent in his inspection. Not only did he take time to explain all of the issues he identified, he on occasion recommended ways to correct some of the issues which I found very helpful and insightful. We are going to ask Mark to follow-up and conduct a post-inspection at our own cost to make sure everything we were concerned about was taken care of. Thanks Mark!

It has been about 2 months since our home inspection. Mark was very informative and thourough at the time of inspection except for one major issue a termite inspector recently discovered. The builder managed to leave the concrete ofundation wooden form boards around the home and also under the brick face. This area is condisive to termite infestation and if know before colsing on the house, would have requested area to be treated or an allowance for such treatment. Now we are faced with $900 to treat area where the wood is not removable!
