Above and beyond.  Today's Home Inspection allows and requires a depth of training, tools and gadgets far beyond just what the eye can see.  I advance my skills and training extensively each year to keep pace with all the advancments with the components of a home.  Part of my training practices includes learning from the trades, by actually spending time with them on the jobs (shadowing).  Investing and upgrades with the latest tech and gadgets is a major asset and has allowed me to be even more effective during the inspection.
