I appreciate your professional opinion on all aspects of the home inspection. I feel your report flowed well from each area of the home. The narrative associated with each series of photos was written as if you are speaking to me directly. I know there are too many inspectors that do a half-way job and give the profession a bad reputation. But, you are definitely my go-to inspector in the biggest purchase of my life.
If I can suggest one thing, I will look to network with high quality and high value contractors and recommend them to your clients for the repairs you may find. This will give us a hand in the search for professionals to remedy an issue and they will hopefully carry on your great service as well. I know it may come off as you spamming your clients but you can easily just mention that referrals are available for those clients that want them.

Being a single woman and a first time buyer I was nervous about buying because I wasn't sure what surprises I would end up getting after buying a home, hearing the stories that I heard. Fausto Salas is an inspector I can trust to be on time, do a thorough inspection without rushing and his prices are fair.
He is an advocate of his clients, he does not hide anything. Fausto tells the clients what they are truly getting themselves into. He makes recommendations and allow the clients to make their own decision. Inspector was great. He went out his way to help me with all my problems. To my suprise it was quick and alwsome. Its kind o hard to find a word for something that is just mind blowing. Yesterday was my second time using Fausto. He is hands down the best inspector out there. I used another inspector for a different property and the difference is unbelievable.
