Alex came out on a cold very windy day, he didn't hesitate to climb his ladder to fully inspect the roof anyways. He was as thorough and knowledgeable as an inspector could possibly be on every category of inspection. I followed him during the entire inspection as he mentioned all deficiencies, answered all of my questions and explained in depth what his concerns or non concerns were. My real estate agent witnessed some of his process and she noticed his friendliness and knowledge and asked him if he would be accessible to her for her other clients!
