Testimonials

The inspection is probably the most satisfying process of my home buying experience. Mike Lawson is probably one of the most professional people I have ever met. He went through every item with great attention and was very good at communicating the issues found and how important they were, and provided easy solutions for them when applicable. There was an outside unit of HVAC condenser that was unclear at the time if the condo association or the owner was responsible. (The owner did!) We were not able to locate the unit and suspected it was on the roof which we did not have access to because no one from the building management was there for the weekend. Just as we thought that this was going to be just marked as "no access" on the report, Mike wouldn't give up and climbed up to the roof with ladders by himself and finished the inspection. This was my first time dealing with home inspection, but my realtor told me that the service quality was much better than many other he had witnessed. The online scheduling and user interface of HomeKey is also super user friendly. 10/10 would recommend to any home buyers who want a peace of mind and don't waive the "right to negotiate" term in their home inspection contingency.
