Sebastian did an absolutely thorough job of inspecting everything inside and outside of the townhouse. He spent 3.5 hours surveying each room and the outside in detail, testing all appliances, major equipment, etc. and took photos of the defects found. He climbed up on both levels of the roof, even though getting to the top roof seemed tricky. He patiently answered all of my many questions and gave recommendations for improvements.
