As I was leaving you and the buyer, to inspect the home on Friday...I met the Appriaser, who was pulling into the Driveway and he asked "Why are you doing a Home Inspection on new construction????"...I said, I will ALWAYS recommend a Home Inspection! He told me it was a HUGE waste of my Clients money, and shook his head.......I would say, the items that you found are WELL worth the $325.00.....1) for the Buyers peace of mind...and 2) the items that you found, could cost him THOUSANDS, after years and no outward signs of trouble.

Tim, thankyou for posting my foundation pictures. Now is there any way I can know from them where the termites are. According to Carr they are just in one place...near the pipe that was leaking. From the pics, is this true. A few of the pictures didn't have any comment.

He will NOT tell you what you WANT to hear...he doesn't care who you are...he is unimpressed by what you do for a living..he is there to do his job and he does it with unmatched skill and diligence. He has been known to uncover many things that other inspectors have deemed "unable to inspect due to obstruction".....Mr. Arn is a true Inspector and doesn't mind getting dirty in the process.
