Very pleasant and professional. The inspection was wide ranging and very comprehensive. Matt was very thorough throughout the home. The reports were well documented and provided many photos to show all areas throughout the interior and exterior. Reports came quickly and continued to work with me afterwards.

In the future, if you will be sending someone other than yourself to do an inspection, please let the client know the name of that person. My representatives were hesitant to let your inspector, EMILY, in because I had informed them that Matt was doing the inspection. You should also note the name of the inspector with contact info so client can contact in case of questions or incorrect info on report as was the issue with my inspection. Inspection was satisfactory though.

Having Matt complete our home inspection was a pleasant experience. He was very prompt in responding to our phone and email correspondence.
