It was a pleasure working with Jim today. He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, efficient, and very helpful. I'm not sure how Jim covered so much area while documenting the problem areas in very useful detail in so little time. Moreover, he was readily available for whatever questions my wife and I had about the property and encouraged us to ask as many questions as we wanted. Jim even let us know that we were welcome to contact him later if we had more questions. I don't see how we could find a better person for the home inspection.
