I am a Certified Master Inspector (www.certifiedmasterinspector.org) whom a lot of Real Estate agents do not like to refer due to the very thorough Home Inspection performed along with providing both a verbal and fully detailed inspection report of the home being inspected rather than just giving an unbiased opinion / inspection report as many, not all, inspectors do in order to maintain Real Estate Agent referrals.

All inspections reports are received that same day, most within 3 hours, which are provided using one of the industry’s most detailed reporting systems ( www.homegauge.com ) on the market today.
With no extra costs for age of home, basement suites, etc. you will find my inspection prices are very competitive. This does not mean that I know less or do less as most times I only do one inspection per day as this is not a process that should be rushed just to put more money in my bank!.
Home Inspections start at $275 for apartment style condominiums, $350 for condominium town homes and $425 for home up to 2000 sq. ft.
I am a full qualified (licensed, bonded, and insured) home inspector with backgrounds in construction on top of having completed the Carson and Dunlop Home Inspector training program ( www.carsondunlop.com ).
I have been inspecting houses since 2008 in the Edmonton and surrounding areas, I am "Looking Out For You".
