Tim Korytkowski and Building Awareness are the BEST in my book! I am a first-time home buyer and Tim, along with being very professional, was extremely patient with me. I am relocating to the Sebastian area from Jacksonville so it was challenging for me to schedule the 3-hour drive in order to be present for the home inspection. Tim did an outstanding job with our home inspection.
