Don?t let fancy webpages sway you away from this amazing home inspector. I am a first time home buyer and was very skeptical and picky in terms of my inspector. I did my research and went with Alvin for several of reasons. 1) Alvin?s timely response 2) Alvin?s understanding and kindness throughout this stressful process 3) Alvin?s knowledge and patience that he was able to convey to me just through phone conversations. Alvin made me feel heard and secure that he is on my side before we had even met! Alvin conducted my inspection with me yesterday, and it was an amazing experience. Alvin not only explained everything he was seeing, he was providing recommendations, and going above and beyond. Example: there was a door that contained the water boiler to the unit, but we were not provided with a key; Alvin went around and asked neighbors who shared the complex to see if any of them might have one, he later even introduced me to my potential upstairs neighbor! All in all, Alvin was a gem to work with. I have zero regrets going with him for my housing inspection and would definitely recommend him to all of my friends.
