Greg was extremely thorough in both the home inspection and his explanations to us, the homeowners. He not only pointed out things that were wrong, he educated us about general maintenance that should be done regularly in order to ensure maximum lifespan of appliances, etc. Luckily, Greg did not find anything too bad, but very happy we had the inspection done "just in case".
