"CONTINUOUS SUPPORT" means... We are here for you to call upon us after you move into your new home. We find that issues and situations usually happen a few months after clients move into their new home, not in every case but it dose happen from time to time. So you need not panic. Just pick up the phone and give a call! We are happy to assit you. We will gather information from you and help you to detrmine the cause! We understand that not everyone is knowledgeable in home components and building construction. Also we want to be there for the 'First Time' home owner so they don't have to panic. For example; we had a client first time home buyer call us to say that they were getting some water penetration through the foundation at the right front corner of the home. We went back through the inspection report and asked if our recommendations were adhered to. We had recommended that the gutters be cleaned along the front of the home and that the grading along the front wall built up to slope away from the foundation. They said that with all the confusion of moving and settling in, it had slipped their minds. These areas were corrected and problem solved!
