The inspection report was very thorough. It included issues observed, contained pictures, and advice on how to address each issue. Issues that were the product of usual wear and tear over time were labeled as such. It also included a lot of information on home care. Unfortunately we could not come to the inspection; I bet it would have been extremely helpful if we had been able to attend.
