Ryan did our inspection in a very professional matter. He's very thorough and detailed about his inspections. He went through everything step by step with us and answered our questions about current problems and explained how to prevent any future problems with the home. He also explained everything that he felt that we should discuss with our realtor concerning the home, before we buy the house. Ryan was the best home inspector that I have ever dealt with. I have had previous home inspectors that were not informative when you ask them questions. Other inspectors that I have dealt with always state that I will be able to read everything in their report. Ryan took the time to go over everything with us and answer any questions we had, while he was there in the home. Since Ryan was very thorough with us, we felt much more comfortable about going back to our realtor to renegotiate the home price and what we felt needed to be fixed before going forward with the purchase of the home.
