Of all of the home inspections I have purchased through the years, Rick McCay's is the most thorough. Rick is very personalble, efficient, and follows through on what he promises. I particularly like the printed report with pictures of the areas that need attention, the report website made available for several years after the inspection that provides info about the house that one might forget.
