Robert, co-owner and chief inspector, is known as Fox 13's Good Day Tampa Bay "Home Improvement Expert" and has been featured on their show many times. He is also one of a few home inspectors qualified to certify new home inspectors in the state of Florida. He has completed nearly 1500 home inspections, having worked for FEMA as a home inspector for three years, and having owned the East Tampa HouseMaster franchise since 2008. Robert is retired from the US Navy where he was an Electronics Technician and Master Training Specialist. He also has a Masters in Workforce Education.

Michelle recently retired from the US Navy after 28 years. She started off as an Electronics Technician and Master Training Specialist. She was selected for a commissioning program and served tours as the Ship's Chief Engineer, Ship's Weapons Officer, Chief Operations Officer for the ship and for Special Operations Command, and a Strategic Planner for Central Command. She has an MBA, and is a certified home inspector through NIBI.

Robert and Michelle’s hobbies include spending time with family & friends, playing with their two babies (pitbulls Nahla and Miya), dirt bike riding, camping, and watching sports. They are strong supporters of the military and the Alzheimer's Organization.
