Marc does an excellent job on his inspections. He makes sure the client knows about their new home and what to expect to have to do and how to maintain. He makes suggestions on how to save money and things to keep an eye on. You leave your inspection with great knowledge of the property you are about to purchase and what to expect once you move in. It is very informative to have Marc do an inspection for you and I always recommend having a home checked out prior to purchasing. He knows his stuff has been doing it for a long time and is very professional. You'll receive a nice report as well that you can refer back to through the years to remember what was said.

Great initial survey/ inspection how ever we initially were missing 1 water test result. When we pointed this out they tracked down the problem and got the results to us. We also had difficulty receiving our final results. We were originally told the results would be emailed to us in 24 hours or so. After a few days we had not received the complete the results and were directed here. They said they were having some changes done and this was the reason.
